Our Weekend Away this year (October 23rd to 26th 2009) was to the Isle of Wight. This turned out to be an exciting mix of beer, music and stunning scenery. On the last day we visited the Island’s Steam Railway. Please click on the photo right of “Waggoner” at Havenstreet for more photos and details of the whole weekend.

We enjoyed two Autumn walks. The first also involved cycling, and was centred on the Great Western at Blockley on 19th September 2009. The second on 10th October was centred on the Seven Tuns, Chedworth. On this walk we waited patiently for a tail ender to catch up, who was walking at a snail’s pace. Photo right!
